I was hoping to have some lovely typical Austin weather before heading to Rain Kong tomorrow where it will be raining every day as it seems to have done the past couple of weeks. Nope.

As we were told in the Army, it is just liquid sunshine. I will not beat my face now, however.

Still need more.
Last week my daughter sent me a text at work.
"Daddy, there's a big fire behind our house!!"

I freaked. It was actually 4-5 miles away, but it was a biggun.
We were on the San Marcos River yesterday, it has come up about 6 inches.
