Any love for Rahr & Sons out of Ft. Worth? I tried a couple of them when they first came out and wasn't particularly blown away. I noticed they're putting out some more adventurous styles now but they seem to be a lot pricier than everybody else, for some reason. Hard to find on tap around Austin but Grapevine generally has a good bottle stock.

I like the Rahr Pale Ale a lot.

A Fred's cheeseburger with a Rahr Pale Ale draft....mmm...I might have just made my lunch plans for the day.

I have had most of their brews I think and I like them but don't think any of them are fantastic, but I will order them from time to time, I mean it is pretty damn good beer
I have heard that going to the brewery in fort worth is a good time but i have yet to make it over there
I need to do that

Fred's, wow, you touched a nerve there!! What a great place to hang out!! Tell the boys there Jeff T (Ron Weber's friend) says Hi!!!

Like Independence Brewing here in Austin, I have been underwhelmed by this brewery. We are beginning to see the results of the hop shortage, I could not see a decent six pack for under $7 this weekend. Beer-flation is upon us.

No **** on the hop shortage. Everything good seems like it's 50 cents or a dollar more per sixer now. I know that Dick's down in Centralia raised the prices on their beers $1.00 across the board. Hale's, Snoqualmie and Baron (all relatively small breweries) have increased that much or more.
