For wings I vary Blue Cheese with Sriracha (aka Rooster Sauce) mixed in. Also, Ranch with some Curry powder. Yum and quick as hell.

They also both work for veggies or other dipping items if you want some kick or flavor. I am addicted to the Sriracha one.

Gimme some.

I see your recipes involve ranch and bleu cheese. Can't say I'm a fan of either, but I'm one of those weirdos who can't stand mayo or ketchup (in this part of the country, both are served blended together--it's called FRY SAUCE and it is an unholy abomination!).

I use Sriracha on sandwiches. I don't use mustard or mayo (hate the stuff too). Instead I use Sriracha. Makes an average sammich a spicy delicious one. Burgers, eggs, soups and hash browns all get it.

No, I don't sleep very much. I prefer it that way.

Gorgonzola mixed with cream and a bit of garlic and seasonings makes a great dip.

You can also mix it w/ ranch.

I did not specify healthy yummy dipping sauces, I specified just yummy!

How much is a bit of garlic and do you mean powdered or fresh yet crushed garlic?

I was experimenting and put mayo--3 tbsp, 1 jalapeno and 1tbsp ( equivalent sort of) cilantro in a food processor--- good on a burger-- oh and some lime

Mayo, yuck. I am not saying your sauce is not yummy but I have a hard time with mayo. Can you taste the mayo? If not and if you lend me some mayo so I don't have to buy any I may try it. I have not bought Mayo in maybe 15 years.

I like mayo and ketchup mixed together, along with rosemary and basil to dip my fries in...

Sriracha is the best thing in the world to put on eggs and breakfast tacos too, btw.

Put ranch dressing and a little sour cream in the blender with a fresh jalepeno. Blend until smooth.

Blue Mamba sauce is to die for...Quick and painful! Of course you have to run from the Mamba, turn quickly and be an excellent shot.
