I'm making some lobster bisque tonight and want to pair it with a Sauternes.
Any recommendations? I'd like to keep it kinda cheap, if possible. Last time I made this I paired it with a "dulce" wine from Sonoma that was awesome, but I'm not looking to spend $90 (if I could even find it) on a bottle.
