press both sides of a chicken boob in italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until it's about 10 minutes from being done. (still pink in the middle a little)
Finely chop a handful of fresh parsley; put in a bowl w/ butter or margarine and melt in the microwave.
Take boobs out of the oven. Top each breast w/ a slice of provelone cheese. Spread the butter/parsley mix on top of the cheese.
Bake until the cheese starts to brown.
Viola! Provolone chicken
I think it goes well w/ pasta and a Caesar salad, but it's generic enough to go with anything.
