Question on The 6th Street Fight from the Summer

A quick question on the fight this summer between the UFC Fighter and the possible athlete that was caught on video, did anything ever happen to the UFC Fighter?

Granted he was going after a person that hit a girl in the back of the head, but just wondering if any charges were against him for the foot stomp?

Not sure if this has been confirmed, but I think the UFC fighter was not the one that did the stomping. The fighter (Roger Huerta) took his shirt off before the fight. The guy doing the stomping appears to have a shirt on... I think Huerta knocked him down and took off...
