Question on Baylor

How do you think Baylor would have done without Griner? Would they have been NCAA Champions?

They have some other good players, but they would not have won the national championship.

Agree. They also would most likely not have been undefeated without Griner. She took the team on her back several times to pull out a win plus, just her presence, made opposing teams alter their approach. I think Stanford came closer than any other team to minimalizing Griner but her team was able to take up the slack.

No way.

But, I think gettinng Destiny Williams and Brooklyn Pope to transfer in from Illinois and Rutgers, respectively, was huge in solidifying the frontcourt at the power forward position. Both arrived at Baylor with 3 years of eligibility.

Baylor's talent across the floor is why opponent's couldn't key just on Griner as other players would hurt them, as well.

No to NCAA champions. I think they would be a top 10 team though.

I don't think they would have the amount of talent across the floor that they have w/out Griner. However, to me the one person they can't live without is Odessey Sims.
