Watching end of Kentucky-Florida. Kentucky up three inbounding with 23.0 seconds. They bring it in, but man gets trapped in the corner. UK calls time, granted. 17.8 seconds. They can't inbound the ball and call time again. Still 17.8 seconds. They inbound, ball gets knocked out of bounds by Florida, but Florida never took control, just slapped it out. 15.8 seconds. This happens again, with an inbound throw around 13.5 seonds to go. Kentucky brings it in, but doesn't get it across mid-court and gets fouled with around 10 seconds left.

Is the 10 second clock restarted if the defensive team knocks the ball out of bounds without actually getting possession?
