This has happened to me twice now. I have asked for a two piece combo and they serve me grilled instead of fried.

Has this happened to anybody else here? Are they being instructed by managers to serve grilled unless fried is specificaly asked for?

what are you eating at kfc for anyway. its nasty and i dont think they even sell original recipe anymore. instant potatoes and jello gravy, cabbage in a cup of mayonaise....dude, go to popeyes...

They were giving away two-piece grilled chicken meals as part of the product introduction. It was even featured on Oprah. Demand was probably so great that the workers began defaulting to grilled on any 2-piece orders unless told otherwise.

I like popeyes, but have you tried church's new spicy chicken. awesome. steriod chicken. huge pieces compared to popeyes

yes, pollo loco is good. there is also this guatemalan chain in houston called pollo campero or something. pretty good.

Ha! Funny that I clicked on this today I am trying out a recipe for citrus chicken marinade as we speak. I was thinking about the old "Pinch A Pollo" that used to be in Austin years ago last weekend and decided the marinaded citrus chicken was going to be the next food mastered in the household.

F KFC's marketing campaign. They should be sued for false advertising. I printed out the coupons and then they put a sign saying they wouldn't honor them b/c too many people wanted it. That's ********. You don't put up an add like that on oprah of all things and not assume everyone and their dog is going to do it.

you could sue and have a good case. but is it really worth hiring a lawyer to save a buck on a 3 piece meal?
