Question about floating the river this weekend

I heard rumors that it wasn't floatable. I'm pretty sure we are floating the Guadalupe however my girlfriend's group of friends organized it so I can't say for sure. I'm essentially along for the ride.

Anyone been down there or heard anything similar? How are the river levels right now?

Just found this link, and based on the way they are explaining the cfs, I'm assuiming we are S.O.L. for the river, or at least should expect a lot of walking if a float is attempted.

Flow Rates

Is it even worth trying it at this level? It's been 10 years since I've floated, so I can't really say....

it's going to take 2.5-3 hours to get around the 1 mile loop. There will be a shitload of people out there.

Someone may already have mentioned this one b/c I don't know the name, but the part that starts under the Gristmill always has water. Problem is, that's where everyone and their dogs go.
