Violent - no. POS - yes. The dead guy had a record for the use of false license plates, driving without insurance, and for the sale and consumption of drugs. I'm not surprised he got shot for running from the cops, and to me, it may be a justified shooting. However, it's ridiculous that Macron already called the shooting "inexcusable." It's inexcusable because the ******* drove off! All French cops should go on strike with that stupidity.
