I found this to be cool. It's a 3D of the tour route next year. They should have had Kraftwerk's, "Tour De France" as the backdrop but I say that all the time for any music associated with the Tour.

Here you go, Bill. This is the official Radio Shack Cycling website. There are 3 riders so far, including Lance. Also a newer story about them getting their Pro Cycling License. There is a link to get email updates and other things. Hope it helps and is what you were looking for.
