PSA: UFCU service charge on inactive accounts.

I have an old savings account at UFCU. They started charging me $5 a month after nothing happened for a year. I got my money back after I told them that the service charge was illegal pursuant to Tex. Prop. Code s 73.003.

They pulled the same **** on me. Only had around $10-20 left in it from when I was in undergrad. Some years later I find they closed it and took it. I called and complained but to no avail. Wish I had known about that code.
