PSA: Tom Clancy's RBV 2 PS3 $9.99

Is this a good game? How does it compare to COD4 or Uncharted, Drake's Fortune? These are the only two games that I have and I need a new game to play.
 
I had the first and it was ok. This is supposedly way better. For the price shipped, I'll give it a try.
