PSA: There are now two shows

[Hornin Hong Kong]

on TV, evidently successful, each about two grouchy biatches who make cupcakes.

Each episode consists of

a) The biatches need to make a lot of cupcakes
b) They don't have time to make them
c) This causes them stress
d) eventualy the cupcakes get made

I know this because i was stuck inthe hospital with minimal english channels

Look, as long as the cupcakes got made and the biatches can get on with things, then clearly the entertainment needs of the American Public have been served. I trust that important messages from sponsors were liberally sprinkled into the narrative for purposes of guiding consumer behavior in the preferred manner.

I seem to remember that this was on Star World which is like an Asian amalgamation of various english language shows that are wholesome and suposedly interesting.

American Idol (2x a day)
DC Cupcakes
The other Cupcake show
How I met your Mother
Castle
Junior Master Chef Australia (absolutely painful)

The adds were like "twice the cupcakes!"

Seriously, what a dichotomy. We have some of the best shows now (Breaking Bad, Dexter, Mad Men, FNL) etc and some of the worst (Cupcakes)

Is there any show that is just ok?
