PSA: Help choose the next Texas License Plate

i voted for "Traditional Texas" (the first one). i really don't like "Natural Texas" (bluebonnet fields) and the third one (lone star texas). too bad lone star texas is winning.

Interesting that we'll be going to 7-digit plates in '09.

For me, it's a tough call between "New Texas" and the current design.

All you need to do to assure you victory of your chosen plate is to post a link on TexAgs to the site. The mere name "Traditional Texas" will prompt the TexAgs online poll machine to immediately mobilize in defense of all things traditional, regardless of whether or not any actual tradition is being preserved. Your choice of plate would be assured. Nobody beats TexAgs in online polls.

In the Houston Chronicle this morning, they had pictures of the plates and the "Traditional Texas" plate looked like the word TEXAS was burnt orange. I was planning on voting for it. Now I see on the website that it is more of a red. Bummer.

Still, I voted for it.
