You can get out of your Sprint wireless contract without paying ETF for the next 30 or so days (could be longer based on your billing cycle). Sprint increased one of their own fees, which is a material change in the terms of the contract you signed to get a subsidized phone.

As you can see from the comments, the chat route is the best way to go. For that reason, the chat application is hidden fairly well on their site. You can find it on this page:

I did this today, and the hardest part was waiting to speak to a retention rep in chat. Took about 20 minutes. Once I got them, it was really easy. Don't give them any other reason for wanting to cancel though.
