Actually, I thought it was hilarious. I really like when Jason Alexander tells Larry what a despicable character George is, when all the while the George character was based on Larry David. The look on Larry's face is always priceless.
If you haven't noticed, HBO did a mini-doc on the story arc. It's listed on the guide as "Curb." It's pretty, pretty good, too.
But for me, Cheryl is a boring, boring character unless she is miffed at Larry or giving him the Cheryl look.

Yes, Larry was the voice of Big Stein. He also was the man in the cape, the man who asked, "Is anywhere here a marine biologist?", and the B-movie actor of "flaming globes, Sigmund ... flaming globes." (Or, if you're Tor Akman, "Cleveland 117, San Antonio 109.")
