Quick question, what email services, i.e. yahoo, gmail, etc., can be pushed to the iPhone? Or do you go on-line to read email?

I think twice as much storage for $100 is worth the expense. Never know when you'll need more storage.

Any POP or IMAP server will work (i.e. gmail will work). In some cases, the company's IT has to allow access from an iPhone but for your typical internet based email account like gmail thats not a concern.

I've got a 4g and have never realy desired the 8g, nor do I need a 16g. I have an ipod if I want to listen to music. I mainly use the iphone for email and occasional web browsing. This thing is a battery hog already, so I'd rather preserve it by using the ipod instead.

They should stop all modifications until they can figure out a way to send photo text messages. I mean it's a GD iPhone, for crying out loud.

i find 8G to be plenty because it is so easy to sync a few playlists or a new tv show/movie from my laptop.

i go online to check gmail because i was unsatisfied with the native mail application. it was okay, but i didn't like it overall.

I find 8GB to be sufficient. It has made me utilize the rating and the autoplaylist functionality. I can keep plenty of music on there for a day at the office, or 3 or 4 videos and a stripped down playlist for flights. If I want to take all my music with me, I grab my ipod. If I was buying one now though, I think I'd def buy the one with more storage. No such thing as too much memory.

The real story from my perspective is the 32GB touch. That thing is starting to become appealing as a dedicated music device at that size.

when the Iphone has flash support, photo messaging, AND a 3G radio, I'll pull the trigger.

Untill then I'll stick w/ my 500 dollar 4gig model and carry my ibook around.
