PSA: 50 McNuggets for $8.99

This weekend, McDonalds is featuring its annual Super Bowl special- 50 Chicken McNuggets for $8.99.

I don't care what the foodies/brisketheads on this board are going to say (it's not real chicken, it's got all these chemicals, blah blah blah)- they're delicious.

On a related note, a buddy of mine has bet me that I can't eat all 50 from the pre-game show to the trophy presentation. Think it's possible?

Thats got to be at least 5 hours, thats only 10 an hour, should be easy for a decent sized dude if you dont eat the dips, burgers or whatever....there is a catch though. chicken mcnuggets that arent hot out of the fryer taste like *** and are almost unedible. i may be able to debate you over whether they are delicious hot. they dont taste too bad with a dipping sauce.

I actually like mcnuggets ok. Rarely eat them, but I like them. I gotta agree however with whoever posted that they are probably not good cold.

Per McD's website 10 nuggets have 460 calories with 29 grams of fat which is 44% of the daily value. So 50 nuggets would be 2,300 calories and 220% of the recommended daily fat intake.

Eating chick-fil-a nuggets means you can never go back to McD's. In college I actually won a free plate of 50 nuggets from CFA (actually, we won it while we were in the process of redeeming hundreds of those free CFA sandwich coupons they used to inundate DKR with). 3 of us knocked it out in about 30 minutes. A great dinner.

I wonder how many other products I like but do not consume.
