PS2 Repair

My playstation 2 isn't reading the discs. Do places like gamestop do repairs? If not, does anyone know of a place in Houston to get it fixed?

Try doing it yourself. It should take about an hour and it isn't too hard.

I had the same problem a year ago and read on a message board that Sony was taking care of this problem off warranty, possibly to avoid a recall. I called Sony and got a return authorization # with no problem. I just had to pay the shipping and they returned it in about 2 weeks.
