I have one of those dual head heaters that attaches directly to the tank - the heads move independently (I think there was a picture of it in one of CAD's posts a long time ago.)
Last year, on a windy day, one of the heads kind of popped and from then on, a flame always came out of that one side.
This year, that side won't light at all, so I need to replace it.
My question is this - Tractor Supply and Northern Tool sell a dual head that has a metal shield around the heads and they can't be adjusted.
Or Home Depot sells the one I have now.
Does anyone have an opinion on which is better?
It's nice being able to point the heads in different directions, but I fear the same problem if God forbid it's windy one day.
Any help would be appreciated.
