Problem with my Blackberry

My Blackberry seems to randomly decide to stop logging texts and phone calls. nothing storing.
I must be inadvertently disabling something but I have no idea what.
This is a new phone but it happened with my last one as well.
It's T-Mobile (not sure if that even matters)

Help!!

that's what i have and i like it just fine.
i wound up fixing the memory issue rather easily after going to the blackberry website for 5mins.

The BB Curve is great. I believe it is the standard issue BB now. I had a BB pearl for years and thought that I loved the software that allowed keys to be shared by two letters, but I type much faster with the Curve, i don't have to squit at the smaller screen, and my fingers don't get sore.

My only hesitation would be if one of the new models is coming out soon, but . . .

- there will always be a better model on the horizon and
- a hot new model could set you back $300 or more WITH a two year contract (look at the i-phones).

Take the free curve. I don't know why everyone who has already satisified their term but wants to keep their current phone doesn't re-up for two years, get a free Curve, and sell it on Craigslist for $175-$200. I bought my Curve from a girl who did just that and I thought it was pretty smart.

If you are you on an enterprise server, check with your IT guys to see if the problem is with the server.

The few times that I have talked to BB customer support, their first adivce is to pPull battery out to do a hard reset and clear the internet memory.

Just picked one up this weekend and I love it!

I am having a problem getting the Blackberry Device manager on my laptop to recognize my Curve. I did some research online and it said to download some other software, which I did, but it still won't recognize it.
