Problem playing video files

I am having problems playing .avi files. I believe I can open these with Quicktime Player at work but at home, it doesn't seem to work.

Anyone use anything different?

Try the DivX player fromThe Link Thats what i use and I haven't had any issues with it at all.

it's a free open source program that comes with all the popular codecs.
