Prime Boneless Sirloin $4.99/lb at HEB

Here in Midland at least. Don't know if that's statewide. Bought 3, grilled one of them last night. One of the best steaks I've ever grilled, and I don't suck at grilling steaks.

They've had it at that price at my HEB in Round Rock for several months now. Even though it's only sirloin, I can afford to eat prime steak on a regular basis.

I actually prefer sirloin, especially if it's prime. It just tastes and feels like what steak is supposed to be like.

bought some. that's too good a price to pass up. Now it needs to warm up a tad so I can fire up the grill.

I need to locate a nearby HEB in Houston. Don't see prime often except at Central Market.
