I had a Prime 1 ribeye last night. They're pretty good at $16/lb. I bought a small one for myself because the family wanted to eat one of those rotisserie chickens and I wasn't in the mood. I cooked it in a cast iron skillet, and ended up pulling it off too soon, because it was WAY rare (and cold) in the center. (I haven't cooked a steak in a skillet in a while, I'm sick as a dog, and it was a thinner cut than I'm used to, so I gave myself a break for trying not to overcook it.) By the time I realized it was undercooked, the skillet had cooled off, so I (shudder) threw the thing in the microwave! Of course, I overcooked it there, but the good news was that it was still extremely tender and flavorful.

If you don't screw yours up like I did mine, you're in for a great meal!
