Priceline Success on LA Hotels for MNC Game?

Has anyone had any luck on priceline getting a hotel for the title game?

I've been bidding,so far unsuccessfully, in the $50-70ish range for 4* LAX and 3+* Santa Monica areas. My bids seem to be in line with winning bids on BetterBidding.com except that there aren't any success posts for 1/6-1/8.

Hotwire has one 3 star and one 3.5 star at LAX for under $75 per night....at least they did this morning.
