looking back, I'm like... holy **** Vince was good

It didn't really sink in at the time, it just seemed like ripping off 60 yards for a TD was par for the course
 
after watching one high school game of VY, I looked at my Longhorn buddy and former roommate and said, "If we get him, we'll win it all. We have to get him."

One day, when VY and Albert Hardy had just come back from a trip to Austin, I was talking to them in the driveway (Hardy lived next door and rode with VY) and said, "You guys have no idea how important you are to a lot of people. We're counting on you to win a championship." I asked VY if he was going to redshirt and he said, "I'll do whatever the coaches ask me to do to help the team."

He's the best college football player I ever saw.

When the Titans win the SuperBowl - and they will, even with that rag-tag offense they have - there won't be any more doubters; not even the dude with the concussions.
 
Not only it is hard to believe he didn't win the Heisman but it is hard to believe that the media and everyone thought he was strange for really thinking he had a chance to win the Heisman when he was at the ceremony.

Glad that starting this year all NFL games will be broadcast in HD b/c that Titans highlight was hurting my eyes.
 
It's hard to choose favorites, but the first Rose Bowl performance has been somewhat lost because of all the emphasis on the second. Just the visual of him running through those Michigan pylons is the coolest thing.
 
Gawd I miss VY. I just wish he had come back for his Sr. year to get the HT and win another NC. He didn't, so now I am a Titan's fan
