Pressure-Assist Toilet Repair

Just bought a house. I need to replace the toilet valves to stop leaks and repair some damage from dubris from the water softener.

Has anybody installed the Pressure-Assist tanks? Are they worth the extra cost? Hard to install, etc?

Actually, their website says that these cannot be retrofitted to standard toilets.
