President Pinocchio

I know all Presidents lie but none to the extreme of this President. He doesn't even care because he knows the mainstream media has his back and his cult followers will believe everything he says. Really he could tell them he's lying and it would be okay.
So President Pinocchio said to a joint session to congress on February 24, 2009 "If your family earns less than $250,000 a year...a quarter million a year, you will not see your taxes increase a single dime....... I REPEAT NOT ONE SINGLE DIME" RAISING HIS VOICE WITH CONFIDENCE WRITTEN IN BOLD. Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi with a **** eating grin in the background.

Well President Pinocchio, your affordable care act will:

*contain over $400 billion in new taxes
*20 new or increased taxes on families and small businesses.
*35% to impact families making under $250,000 a year

Please don't take the time to point our past Presidents lies because we know they have. But the mainstream media calls them on it and so they are hesitate to do it like this President does. He does it daily knowing that the stupid will believe everything he says 100%.

Nov can't get here soon enough. BHO YOU"RE FIRED!!!!

Oh, the best way to know when BHO is lying is when his lips are moving.

Well, the first president I noticed being a big liar was Richard Nixon. Every president since has certainly had what we can charitably describe as "interesting interpretations" of the truth or at least made campaign promises that didn't come close to fruition. None has come close to approaching Nixonian ability to make up new lies as old ones are exposed. He is the Pinocchio of presidents. As far as not calling the health care bill a "tax increase" I think the President chose to frame his policy in another way and the tax could be viewed as a non-compliance strategy rather than a tax. I think only one justice, though he is an important one, actually judged the bill Constitutional by calling the penalty a tax. This is not President Nixon denying culpability in the Watergate Cover up or even Ronald Reagan denying the central facts of Iran-Contra (though being charitable, it would be perhaps believable that Reagan really had completely forgotten being in the middle of that illegal arms deal.) Obama doesn't seem to me less truthful than Clinton or the younger Bush. I think Jimmy Carter was the most truthful of any president in my memory. His verbal honesty is but one aspect of his personality poorly suited to high level leadership. Sad but true, psychological analysis shows that the ability to lie convincingly is a key trait that predicts leadership potential.
