dbcmhc - Regarding your lawsuit waiting to happen prediction, how exactly are the despair.com folks damaged by SG posting his adaptation on the board? I can see your point if he were selling these images as posters, but he is not. What are the damages? You also stated, "By giving credit to the author or creator you releive yourself of any wrong doing.". I have read recently that what you stated is not necessarily true in all cases. Any attorneys familiar with copywrite infringement law care to comment on this? BTW, are not the despair.com posters just an adaptation of someone else's ideas?
