Predictions

Time for pundits, pollsters, and posters to make predictions. Only about a half hour left to do it this year.

Here are mine.

Some teams or fans of their teams will complain about not being in the 65 teams chosen.

Some teams or fans of their teams will be unhappy about the group they are placed in.

Some teams not chosen will be able to point out where they beat a chosen team (probably a high ranked team).

Few teams and fans will be happy with the ranking they receive.

Little wonder that the NCAA doesn't get involved at the end of football season.

Wow. So positive.

I predict an exciting three weeks of college basketball full of upsets, buzzer beaters and enough drama to once again remind sports fans how much better college football would be if its season also ended with a tournament-style playoff.
