Practice this Saturday

I got a chance to see the team practice today as they had a practice during the weekend, the only time I can make it.

They looked good although I am sure the coaches and players are looking to be even better. Everyone looked good running the court. Nekia provided guests with a Wow! moment as she exploded to the rim during a fast break drill. Seemed to take two steps from near the 3pt line to the finish at the rim.

Looks like our guards have been working their 3pt shooting as they made several during full speed drills.

Can’t wait to see the first game.

Saw the coaches and Lauren Cox at the VB game vs Nebraska today. Lauren got to see an exciting five win over # 12 Nebraska.
