PotUS to say rules matter on Hillary server when it suits him but not when she is breaking the laws concerning care of classified documents? He is said to be about to invoke Executive Privilege on correspondence available on the unsecured Hillary server. Why doesn't the same Executive Branch Justice Department want to follow the law with respect to misuse of classified documents on the same server?

I haven't followed this scandal very closely but it sounds like Hillary exclusively used her own private email server during her entire tenure as SOS. So I am not sure how it could even be conceivable that she never received or sent any classified information from her private email server throughout that entire period. More of a question than a statement. Can someone explain what I am missing here?
