It looked to me like Davis, etc. took away Dexter's right hand move every time tonight...how many shots did he take left handed? And he missed several point blank shots. When you shoot 73%, you'll have a game where nothing goes in, I guess.

I can understand a game or 2 where he doesn't score too much, but what I can't stand to watch is his lack of hustle. There was one particular play last night where he had good position, but didn't even leave his feet to go after a rebound. He looked like he was more interested in talking to Davis than playing last night.

He's regressing back to his freshman year. 28 minutes and 2 rebounds. Are you kidding me? Wangmene played 10 and had 4, J'Covan played 29 and had 10 as a guard. We are going to need more out of him.

He may be getting frustrated by teams sagging in on him, but I too have noticed a lackadaisical effort recently.

Barnes better get Dex in the right frame of mind, asap. Two rebounds in 28 minutes is completely unacceptable. I don't care how defenses are playing him, how refs are calling the game. As a player, you control your effort and rebounding is about effort.

You guy's realize he's got a bad ankle right? Hard to get that big body off the floor right now.

You can see he is very frusterated with his lack of involvement in the offense. There were multiple occasions where he had great position but the guards could not get him the ball. That being said... there is no excuse for his lack of rebounding.
We need Dex to show up tonight.

Am I over-reacting, or does Dexy look like he's packed on 10 pounds or so in the last month?

If he has an ankle issue, this could be the culprit. He just looks "softer" in the belly than he did just 3-4 weeks ago.
