dude, i was right about to post some digable planets earlier. once again, nice work. if only there were a hip hop station on FM radio that played **** like this. That would be allsome.
 
If you have XM Satellite you can tune into Classic Hip Hop, The Rhyme. They play all that stuff and much, much more going back to the roots of hip hop and rap through the 90s. There are specialty shows that focus on sub genres, dj shows that feature west coast, east coast and in between music of that time frame as well. It is very kick ***. Songs are unedited for profanity or content as well so you get the original versions.

When you add in the other channels and features any subscription fee makes it worth it. Listen in on your computer, car or elsewhere depending on what unit you get. Just sayin', yo.
