I think I'd watch just about anything she's in. She was outstanding as Lindsay Bluth, and she's perfect in Better Off Ted as an automaton who wants you to THINK she cares about you.
Ellen Degeneres is one of the smartest, kindest and most sincere people on the planet. I'm sad for you that you feel she's a degenerate simply because of her sexual orientation.
Texanne, my apologies. I wasn't speaking to her inner-beauty, in the least. I know she is a good person, even if I disagree with her sexual orientation.
I hoped -- like most red-blooded/hetero/ American males -- that Portia only went for lipstick lesbians who look like Heidi Klum. I was let down, in a BIG way.
Believe me, I'm the LAST person who judges someone else in such shallow terms. Just kidding around, really.
Portia was very cute when she was on Ally McBeal, and didn't look like a stiff wind could blow her over. She now looks as if she ought to be doing commercials for eating disorder clinics.
Portia is much better looking after "hair & makeup" than she is on Sunday afternoon having brunch at Basix on Santa Monica Blvd... and that was 7 1/2 years ago.
I'm sorry, I logged on to the wrong website! I kid.
I have not kept up with Portia much since Ally McBeal days but always find her interviews engaging. I also don't dislike Ellen although her movie, Mr. Wrong is one of two movies I have ever walked out on.
I bet they are a fun couple to hang out with over drinks or over dinner. I don't mean that in any sexual way.
Ellen is a fine looking woman. She is a woman who competes with other men and women in the game of - How can I get that a beautiful woman to talk to me. I would be her wingman.
