Pork, venison, beef tenderloin mediallions

I am always looking for something new to cook so I thought I would share one my go to recipes for anyone out there that might be interested.

Equally good for any of the different things listed in the subject heading.

Lightly dust medallions of choice with favorite seasonings and flour.
Sautee until lightly browned and remove from pan.
Deglaze pan with red wine and toss in sliced mushrooms of choice along with diced onion.
Return medallions to pan and heat through.

Serve over risotto with crusty bread and nice wine.

Easy and delicious
