J JethroTull 25+ Posts May 26, 2008 #2 Don't have a BGE, just a New Braunfels/Oklahoma Joe's pit with a side firebox, but all you need to know is 225 degrees for 11 to 14 hours depending on the size of your "butt", AKA pork shoulder roast. Low and slow, baby, low and slow.
