Popovers

So Last September I wnet to NYC and had dinner at BLT Prime. The food was fantastic, and they served these Giant Popovers before the meal.

If anyone has the recipie for these that would be great. I was wondering if you can make popovers in a muffin pan or if you need something more specific.

I was introduced to them at the Jordan Pond House in Maine. Nice place in the middle of Acadia National Park. Man, those popovers are good.
Ingredient-wise, they're pretty simple. The difficulty is in the process. You're supposed to use something larger than a muffin pan, but that might work if you don't fill in every hole.
