Pop-ups are one thing, but going from 1 to 5 extra tabs just because i hit the back button? They're also overriding my clicking and redirecting the whole page outright.

Yall need to get your money back on the new advertiser....
 
Sounds like a bad surfing experience. You can avoid all that nonsense by using Moziilla Firefox with AdBlock Plus plugged in. No doubt there are other ways, but that's how I do it.

I use Chrome and Safari most of the time, Firefox occasionally. I Adblock the **** out of the web and it is glorious. Good idea to also disable Java (not javascript) in your browser.
 
If there is an ad that redirects and opens tabs you may want to send a message to the admin. They are not likely to see this thread but would read their pm's sooner. I know in the past they have gotten rid of ads that are more malicious or aggressive. They just need to know about it, specifically, so they can address whoever it is that does the ads for them.

They don't see the ads nor do others so they won't know off hand it's going on or what is causing it unless told in a fashion they will see it. Good luck, that has to suck.
 
I'm pissed that now they've grabbed hold of the mobile surfing experience and automatically redirect Dolphin HD for Android to some mobilefreebies.com site.
 
Other than turning off the ads and charging a subscription fee (not going to happen), I'm not sure what I can do. If y'all can make me a specific list of the ads that are hijacking you (screenshots apparently help also), I will forward them on to our ad agencies and see if we can eliminate or fix those ads.
