Pop-up getting past my blocker

How do I get rid of it?

Its the same popup on every website, so I am assuming I have something on my computer. I tried a registry scan, hijack this, and didn't see it in add/remove programs. Just want to get rid of it. Anyone have any suggestions?

3 of them triggered trom this here Hornfans site.
