a few questions

What do you use to clean the grout near the tiles? Same stuff as in the house or different--specific stuff?

I see a few rusty looking spots in the deep end near the drain-- too cool to dive down and look closer, but can this stuff be scrubbed to come up?

Diving board is a little discolored and has a few lychen spots? on it. I was thinking to removing the sadpaper type covering and replacing it with new-- is this necessary or can it tbe cleaned up?

Go to a pool supply store they will have what you want for the tile clean up.
Spots by drain. They can be sanded off with a sanding sponge, you can get it in the paint department at Home Depot. You can also use a sanding stone pool supply will have it.
Diving Board. First try a chlorine wash. Mix a little shock in a bucket with water, pour over Board let stand for a little time then wash off.
You may have to use a little Acid on board after you wash off chlorine. If you have more questions PM me.
