Cool looking car. While companies like Pontiac are not very cool overall, there are still some designers there capable of awesome work (when they let them).

The "OMG penis extension" thing is getting old, and it just makes those people sound insecure.

The thing moves pretty well with the bigger engine, doesn't it? I thought I recalled Boxster S & S2000 type numbers. It's definitely a bit more grotesque in its design, but I wouldn't say it's a total chick car.

It is definitely a Pontiac, though. Is Saturn going to put out a coupe? Their version is quite a bit uglier (in my opinion), but still, that might be a good alternative for the Pontiac-phobes.

The Porsche screams penis extension more than the Pontiac does.

If I see the Pontiac I think "that guy probably enjoys driving that and didn't have to spend a ton of money, good for him"

The Porsche I think "rich dude trying to impress people with his car since his personality can't do it"


I for one wouldn't drive the Solstice, but I wouldn't bag on anyone who did. I do like the new Pontiac G8, though.
