Polls 4/12

I took some of the respected Baseball polls and averaged them together to come up with my own rankings. ASU and UCLA are essentially tied at #1 with an average rank of 2. However, UCLA is listed ahead based on strength of schedule. (The formulas are not shown for simplicity purposes but support the obvious.)

Big 12 Team Summary through 12 AprThings are looking good and starting to work their way up.**Team batting went up about 10 and they are no longer in the cellar** Team pitching got worse: from about .251 to 3.08 but still leads the league comfortably
** Team fielding: Okiehoma is a series behind UT so that will most likely change soon when all is said and done.

owns a 2.45 ERA to go with a 7-0 record.

This Team IS dangerously good. We're just trying to up our averages that were down early in the season with this current onslaught.

Who wants a piece of the "Team of the Aughts" (sp?)?

thanks... I just got frustrated trying to list all the polls separately on other forums. Even then... when things are equal, which team deserves the bump? I was checking the SOS weekly anyway so why not just include them all on one sheet with the discriminating factor being which team plays a better schedule up to that point.

I see aggy is last in the conference in fielding percentage. I want to see some Longhorn hits, but some aggy errors would be okay too.
