Any thoughts and news on recruiting in general?
I'd say it is pretty evident that we are in dire need of a point guard (sounds like the men's team doesn't it). Not sure who we go after for next season, but there is a great one coming out of Abilene Wylie in 2012.
 
Where do the recruiting services rank her? If she's highly rated and in-state then Baylor or A&M will get her. If not, I'm sure Coach G will get her.
 
I seen her on a boys team, just taking over the game. This is when she leaved in Florida. I am so happy she is coming to Texas. I also seen her play in the State Tournament.Great Point Guard that can score and handle the ball

All the major Big 12 schools are in contact.

I had forgotten about Peoples. The guard I am referencing can play pg or shooting guard. imo, a must have talent.
 
PG is likely to come from the trio of Ashleigh, Yvonne and Lauren. If she's healthy, I like Lauren to end up playing a lot at PG. I don't think we have a PG coming in until Cassie Peoples comes in.
 
Next year you will see C.Bass,T.Moore also playing the point
T.Moore can play all over the floor. She was the best all around player coming out of the 2010 Class in the Nation

This is absolutely incorrect. Her Dad, Richard, played for Texas Tech (71-73), was all SWC. An uncle played for Baylor, and other uncle was all big 8 at ou.
