Geez, i logged on my phone (different device) and just voted a second time. He now leads by only 19 votes. Oregon State must have posted the link publicly somewhere.

The votes seem to come in waves-- when the 24 hour clock runs another wave hits.
I have shared this on a list of 200 exes, will see if any vote. We have two more days and must make both of them count
