the fallen dollar has given these euro teams the ability to offer very big contracts to mid-level NBA players.

The big spending euro teams probably operate on a deficit, and there are only a couple of teams with owners who are rich enough to get away with that, so I don't think you'll see too many guys going over. But that being said, Childress probably won't be the last one.
