Is OU indirectly responsible for the Big East breakup and ACC expansion of Pitt and Syracuse?

They set up a Pac12 deal for leverage but then the Big East lost 2 key members...

Or is A&M also culpable bc the ACC feels threatened by the SEC taking Fl. St
