I like the small Turkish pistachios I get at the middle eastern market near my house. They're about twice as expensive as the California ones but the flavor is incredible.

BTW, I once found a large Turkish coin in a bag of pistachios. I'm just guessing that the value of the coin was faaaar less than it's weight in pistachios.
